PCM Switch will be able to confirm if you will need a new connection or just a change to the supply of your existing gas or electricity.
Step 3: Discussing your plans
You will be appointed a dedicated Account Manager who will provide you with a competitive quote bespoke to your needs.
Step 4: Account management
We will manage your account for your new connection and monitor it every step of the way and also manage all third parties that are involved, thus, you will be able to get on with the running of your business without having to worry about your supply connections. PCM Switch does all the work on your behalf.
Step 5: Agreement to your supply contract
Because of our connections with the energy suppliers we are able to offer very competitive contracts for energy supply, and once you have looked and them and agreed to the terms of your contract, you can arrange for payment, this is easily done over the phone with the least inconvenience, your appointed Account Manager will get back to you with a date for installation.
Step 6: Award-winning customer care at all times
Once your installation is completed, your Account Manager will then be replaced by one of our first class customer service team.
